2. Order Errors or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at contact@shirley.company within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund as appropriate.


3. Shipping Responsibility
Because all sales are final, return shipping is only covered in cases where we made an error with your order or the product arrives damaged.
